I have no doubt that she can provide a great, relaxing, massage, and her office is beautiful and relaxing, but I see her for healing. She fixed my tennis elbow issue with deep massage and Kinesio Taping. She taped and worked on my foot when I was having plantar fasciitis problems. She also uses deep tissue massage whenever my sciatic nerve and piriformis muscle are causing me problems. I have seen other massage therapists for this problem, but they can't seem to identify the source of the problem and attack it the way that Monique can.
I have visited MedSports ProMassage many times over the last 10 years. Monique has been a life saver (reliever) whether the reason for my visit was injury, i.e. back, neck or foot or whether it was just due to soreness after work out. I have been seeing Monique since the beginning of my second trimester! I see her every two weeks and hope to move to every week in the third trimester! Her massages are gentle and tender when you need it, and for those big knots, she will put in work! I always leave relieved!
Monique is the best massage therapist that I know. As a gymnast, my sport is very demanding on the body; sore muscles and injuries come with being an athlete. I would see Monique once a week and get a massage to help my muscles recover and to occasionally use Kinesio Tape on a problem area. She was my massage therapist for 5+ years before I left for college and I couldn’t be more thankful for her and how she helped my gymnastics career.
