Appointments

To reserve and guarantee your appointment, a credit card is required at the time you book your appointment. If you do not wish to put a credit card on file, no problem! You may prepay for your massage. The massage must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to prepay, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the FULL amount for your scheduled session. The card on file will be charged. If the session was prepaid, you prepaid for the session, that money will not be refunded. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • No-Shows
  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". You will be charged the FULL amount of your "missed appointment. Gift certificates and membership sessions will be considered redeemed and/or charged to the credit card on file.
  • Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose  appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying for the FULL session. Please plan to be on time out of respect and consideration for my time and other clients. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for an appointment to get the total time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible for paying for the entire session length you requested. Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes early out of respect for the client before you.

  • Minors

The parent/legal guardian must sign the intake and informed consent forms at each visit. During the appointment, the parent/guardian must stay on the premises. If the parent/guardian leaves the premises while the child is in a session, the session will be terminated immediately, and the balance in full will be due.

**I honor my policies in reverse when the need arises.
